All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in the proper condition please contact us immediately.
DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
Should you received defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 3-5 days from the date you received. Authorization by email is required prior to returning any items. Once the item(s) are received you will be sent instructions on the next step to receive a store credit to use on the merchandise that’s available on our website.
Please Note: that items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, free of perfume or any other disturbing odors.
